Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Host to join our team at Hurricane Grill and Wings. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Welcome and Greeting: Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into our point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain outstanding knowledge of our core menu, drink menu, and limited-time offers (LTOs), and be able to answer guests' questions confidently.
  • Payment and Cash Handling: Process payments from guests using gift cards, rewards cards, discounts, or coupons, and manage the to-go cash drawer with precision.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Ensure the restrooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and hygienic environment for our guests.
  • Phone Etiquette: Answer the phone with a smile, providing excellent customer service and handling calls with professionalism.
  • Food Delivery: Assist in running food to the dining room, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service.
  • Hospitality and Charisma: Exude hospitality and charisma, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Requirements:
