Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to provide exceptional service to our members and their guests. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in craft cocktail development and a deep knowledge of spirits, with a focus on bourbon.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and their guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Prepare cocktails using proper technique for consistent execution and presentation.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our menu and cocktail recipes to make informed recommendations.
  • Assess and anticipate guests' needs, making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism are maintained at all times.
  • Ring up accurate tabs in the POS system and process transactions efficiently.
  • Encourage and assist other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, ensuring the bar is organized, stocked, and clean.

Qualifications

  • High-volume and upscale bartending experience is required.
  • Previous experience working with a fresh bar is preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer, with a focus on mixology, is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency are necessary.
  • The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing and walking at a pace, is required.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. is also necessary.
