Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Caregiver/Companion. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing assistance with daily living activities, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, in accordance with established care plans.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces.
• Provide transportation assistance to and from appointments and activities.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting a sense of well-being and comfort.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
