Nothing Bundt Cakes Froster

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cake Frosting Specialist to join our Nothing Bundt Cakes #43 team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cakes that exceed our guests' expectations.

• Froster Tasks:
• Follows proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision, achieving productivity goals while ensuring cake quality.
• Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade or handheld mixer, and pastry bag to frost cakes.
• Prioritizes cake pre-orders according to schedule and frosts cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
• Maintains an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes in the bakery display case and ensures proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes.
• Adheres to health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
• Monitors inventory of frosting supplies and notifies management when replenishment is required.

• No formal education or work experience is required, but previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant is a plus.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Able to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
