IT Manager

Job Summary:

As an IT Applications Manager at Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corp., you will oversee the functions and activities of non-clinical applications. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, testing, and loading software upgrades to production systems, monitoring, troubleshooting, training, and service oversight. You will work closely with the IT Management team on various projects for hospital and corporate office customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Five (5) years of experience in healthcare, technology, or corporate training management
• Two (2) years of experience in a cross-cultural environment

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
• Knowledge of CommVault, DocuShare, Xtraction, Avigilon, Lenel, Wyse Device Manager, Dragon, 3M, SurveyMonkey, Zoom, Kronos, and TigerConnect

Key Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with ITIL standards and project management software

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Up to 2 direct reports
