Neuropsychology Specialist

The Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan (RIM) in the Detroit Medical Center, a partner with Wayne State University's School of Medicine, has a position open for a Rehabilitation Neuropsychologist. This position involves assessment and treatment of individuals with physical and neurological rehabilitation conditions.

• Assess and treat individuals with physical and neurological rehabilitation conditions
• Work with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
• Perform neuropsychological evaluations, especially with individuals who have sustained a traumatic brain injury, stroke, anoxic injuries, neoplastic disease, dementia, and movement disorders
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve cognitive and behavioral functioning
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology with specialty training in Neuropsychology, including a two year postdoctoral residency in Clinical Neuropsychology
• License eligible in Michigan
• Experience working with patients with neurological conditions and performing neuropsychological evaluations
• Board Certified in Clinical Neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology (preferred)
