Baker - Dunkin

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at TravelCenters of America. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, including donuts, breads, and pastries, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of donuts, breads, and pastries according to Dunkin Donuts guidelines
• Follow a daily par sheet to ensure efficient production and minimize waste
• Maintain strict health department and company food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness requirements
• Operate a variety of baking and kitchen equipment and tools
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, often with minimal supervision
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including overnight and early morning hours
