CommuniCare Health Services is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team as a Divisional Executive Chef. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence and quality across our network of nursing and rehabilitation centers, specialty care centers, and assisted living communities.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and implement culinary strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and quality measures
• Lead and manage a team of Dietary Managers and Culinary Managers to ensure high-quality food service and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with Executive Directors and Executive Management to achieve company goals and objectives
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Develop and manage budgets for each community to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability
• Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective conflict resolution and employee engagement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve culinary operations
**Requirements**
• Classically trained Chef with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a culinary leadership role
• Proven track record of success in managing multiple sites and teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Passion for food, customer service, and culinary innovation
• Polished professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
