Overview
The Customer Service Ambassador will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all Loon Mountain guests by offering information on services and activities at the resort. This role involves taking group reservations and working closely with the sales team to generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide phone support to answer guest inquiries about resort services and activities, making sales and taking reservations for lift tickets, rentals, and lessons as needed.
- Act as an active member of the Sales team by fielding calls, taking group reservations, and assisting with various sales activities such as mailings, guest services, and special events.
- Input data into the database daily and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date on resort departmental activities, including rates, rentals, lessons, and events.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by participating in job sharing, maintaining a clean and safe resort, attending safety meetings, and accepting diverse assignments.
- Meet service level objectives and department goals set by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; one to three months of related experience and/or training is preferred.
Estimated Salary:$35,000 - $45,000 per year based on location and experience.
