We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our academic planning and institutional research efforts. Your findings will inform strategic decisions that drive student success, enrollment management, and program development.

About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including administrative systems, surveys, and external databases
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights and trends
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions that address specific needs and challenges
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of data-informed decision making across the institution
About the Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets using statistical software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL programming language
