RN Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Medical Nursing Team at HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a medical surgical environment, utilizing your clinical expertise to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of Medical and CV/Cardiac patients.
- Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
- Maintain and review patients' records, including posting tests and examination results.
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
- Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
- Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
