Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk to join our team at JLL. As a Mailroom Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mailroom, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of mail processing, including tracking and follow-up with clients
  • Provide solutions to problems associated with special mail requirements, such as bulk mail and other special needs
  • Perform regular mailroom inspections and inventory supplies
  • Support the day-to-day delivery of mail services on site, ensuring compliance with client contracts and meeting Key Performance Indicators
  • Identify opportunities for improved operational standards and make recommendations to the assistant/facility manager
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in related skills applicable to corporate mailroom operations
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, bend, and move safely to perform job tasks
  • Knowledge of current postal codes, procedures, and regulations
  • Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms
  • Attention to detail for handling sensitive mail and proper routing
  • Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and flexible
