Registration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registration Specialist to join our team at ThreePDS Inc. in Macungie, Pennsylvania. As a Registration Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital's registration process.

• Schedule appointments and provide information to callers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform a variety of administrative functions, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient registrations.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Typing proficiency and basic computer skills.
• Ability to interact with a diverse customer base and adapt to changing situations.
