Job Summary
We are currently seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in a residential setting. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and lead active lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring * Assist with fostering positive relationships between clients and their housemates * Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment * Encourage self-help activities * Accompany clients to scheduled appointments

Requirements
* Must be 18 years of age or older * Must have a valid driver's license * Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting * Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, internal and external
