Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone

Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer inquiries

Address customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

Ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and protect customer data

Filing and Administrative Tasks

Handle customer complaints and refunds as necessary

Keep the customer waiting area clean and well-organized

Requirements

Availability to work varying shifts, including mornings and afternoons

Good attendance and punctuality

Maintain a professional appearance at all times

High school diploma or equivalent

10-Key and keyboard experience

Experience in customer service and sales

Ability to use a multi-line phone system and proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with relevant cash register systems and POS software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and team-player spirit

Attention to detail and ability to multitask
