The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reports and data. This position requires a high degree of analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform financial analyses and provide recommendations to management on financial matters.
  • Coordinate and review fixed asset capitalizations, retirements, and transfers.
  • Prepare consolidated analyses of various account balances and maintain files of supporting workpapers.
  • Assist with special projects, year-end activities, and related duties.
  • Prepare written procedures on job responsibilities.
  • Participate in audits as required.
  • Maintain and update policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to accounting procedures and systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
  • 3-6 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Applications.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems preferred.
