- Offer specialized guidance on content, processes, and strategies that will influence both individual and collective professional development.
- Oversee and mentor one or more student teachers.
- Assist colleagues in utilizing student performance data to inform instructional strategies aimed at achieving targeted improvements in student learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of a classroom educator may encompass, but are not limited to:
- Direct instruction for groups and individual students.
- Contributing to the design, execution, and assessment of a specific curriculum area or educational program within the institution.
- Carrying out additional teaching-related and organizational tasks as directed by the School Principal.
- Engaging in activities such as parent-teacher conferences, staff meetings, and school events.
- Performing other supervisory duties that are not directly related to teaching.
