Cage Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cage Representative to join our team at Belterra Park Gaming. As a key member of our Player Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Provide superior customer service to internal and external guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Handle cash transactions, including cashing checks, money orders, and cashier checks, as well as exchanging foreign currency and gaming chips.
• Maintain accurate records and reconcile cash transactions to ensure the integrity of our cash handling processes.
• Work closely with Executive Hosts and VIP Gaming Services to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date on property and department policies and procedures, as well as player tracking systems and player value.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members, using excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High school education or equivalent required; related experience in a casino or gaming environment preferred.
• Ability to maintain all regulatory licenses within assigned state of employment.
• Must successfully pass background check and alcohol and drug screening.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
