- Medication Administration and Management
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust as needed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize medication regimens
- Patient Education and Support
- Provide patient education on disease management, medication adherence, and self-care
- Support patients and families in navigating the healthcare system
- Collaborate with community resources to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
- Minimum 1-year Cardiac Telemetry experience required, and Critical Care (ICU/CCU) experience preferred
- BLS/ACLS Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Specialized certifications as needed
