Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide

We are seeking a reliable and caring Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide to join our team at Assisting Hands. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.
Job Summary:As a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your duties will include assisting with personal care needs, providing companionship and engagement, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping and running errands, and medication reminders.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and engagement to clients, including conversation, reading, and other activities
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
- Assist clients with shopping and running errands
- Remind clients to take medication
- Monitor clients' health and well-being, and report any concerns to our care team
- Certified Home Health Aide/Certified Nurse Aide, Personal Care Attendant, or home care experience
- Reliable transportation
