Director of Nursing Services

CABS Health Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing Services to lead our clinical services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating of clinical services at our Licensed Home Care Agency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical services team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of clinical services
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of clinical professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure CABS remains a leader in home healthcare
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Administration, Education, or Clinical Specialty
- Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in nursing administration or clinical leadership
- Valid NYS RN License
- Fluency in DOH Rules and Regulations
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $105,000 per year
