Job Summary:

The RN Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the clinical oversight of homecare clients and patients served, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the clinical delivery of homecare services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor patient care and provide feedback to caregivers.
  • Collaborate with the office clinical leader to develop and implement education and training programs for caregivers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and clinical activities.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located)
  • Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required
  • Proficiency in the English language is required

Compensation:

$70,000 - $74,000 plus annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly
