Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Superintendent/Project Manager to join our team at Laland Baptiste LLC. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day construction activities for a large-scale window replacement project at a college/university in Nassau County.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the construction process, including planning, designing, and supervising staff and subcontractors.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects without compromising quality and safety.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, including multimillion-dollar projects.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
