We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Catholic Health Initiatives. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a safe and supportive environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver general patient care that promotes the safety and well-being of all patients, under the direction of the healthcare provider.
- Accurately perform preliminary physical tests, including blood pressure, height/weight, temperature, pulse/respirations, and other measures.
- Assist with basic patient care, helping patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of employment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
