Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Tech

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Tech to join our team at Cynet Health.

Job Summary:

This is a 26-week assignment with a 5x8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine and be certified in ARRT N, BLS, and NMTCB CNMT.

Responsibilities:
  • Work in the PET department, performing scans and handling radioactive materials.
  • Floating between two offices as needed to meet facility requirements.
  • May be required to float between two offices as needed.
  • Must have experience with adult, hospital, Siemens, PET scan (limited and whole body).
  • Familiarity with isolation precautions and ability to start and maintain peripheral IVs.
  • Skills in storing, handling, and disposal of radioactive materials.
  • Experience with Epic charting system.
Requirements:
  • State License (Pending accepted)
  • ARRT N, BLS, NMTCB CNMT certifications
  • 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine
  • Ability to start and maintain peripheral IVs
  • Familiarity with isolation precautions
  • Skills in storing, handling, and disposal of radioactive materials
  • Experience with Epic charting system
What We Offer:

  • Must meet compliance requirements by deadline
  • References required: two supervisory within the last two years
  • Must take a break in service after 12-18 months, as applicable
  • Orientation includes 40 hours at 50% non-billable rate
  • Return staff policy: must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler
