We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Service Porter to join our team at Sierra Subaru of Monrovia. As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist customers with valet parking and retrieving their vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions and addressing concerns, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Drive vehicles to designated areas within the dealership premises for customer pick-up and delivery, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
• Fuel vehicles, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols, prioritizing the well-being of customers and colleagues.

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential for this role.
• Previous experience as a Porter or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, is necessary.
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required.
