Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing measures to reduce expenses.
  • Prepare and execute change orders, supplements, and cost control budget adjustments.
  • Manage all billings and collections, ensuring timely submission of payment applications and collection of payments from clients.
  • Responsible for the timely preparation and execution of purchase order agreements and subcontracts.
  • Complete close-out requirements and punch lists promptly.
  • Provide feedback to estimators for use in future bidding or negotiations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project-related issues.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
