We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Achieving True Self. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in delivering evidence-based treatment to our young clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial and reassessment assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote skill transfer and client progress
  • Provide training and supervision to BCBA supervisees and Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Maintain accurate data collection and treatment records
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Licensure as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst
  • Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
