Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Brooklyn Park office location. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to branch staff, aligning with company core values.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure seamless execution of landscape services, including lawn maintenance, landscaping, irrigation, turf care, fertilization, and snow removal.
    • Manage branch staffing, including hours, schedules, payroll, and productivity.
  • Customer Focus
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
    • Ensure high-quality decision making in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Qualifications
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • 2+ years of experience in the lawn maintenance-landscape-snow removal industry.
    • 1+ years of commercial snow removal experience.
    • 5+ years of previous leadership experience.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
