  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that produce is stocked and displayed in a visually appealing manner.
    • Monitor and control inventory costs to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Merchandising and Visual Display
    • Develop and implement effective merchandising and visual display strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
    • Ensure that produce is displayed in a way that is visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the produce department, including receiving, stocking, and rotating produce.
    • Ensure that all produce is handled and stored in a safe and sanitary manner.
Requirements
  • 24+ months retail experience, including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of produce, including varieties, growing conditions, and handling procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
