- Industry Best Practices and Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and share knowledge with the team to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Effective Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and partners to ensure a collaborative and safe working environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or a related field.
- Certifications: 30-hour OSHA certification.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and experience with construction management software (SharePoint, PlanGrid, Smartsheet, Procore, MS Project).
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, organizational skills, multitasking, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
