As a Cage Cashier at Delaware Park Casino & Racing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming floor. Your primary responsibility will be to manage cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process cash transactions, including chip and currency exchanges, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a secure and organized cash handling environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements, including Currency Transaction Reporting and Suspicious Activity Reporting procedures.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in cash handling and customer service is essential.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of gaming industry software are required.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods is necessary.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
