As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to drive our retail growth strategies within the Beauty channel.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management: Build strong relationships with retail partners in the Beauty channel, driving PURA's business objectives.
  • Merchandising and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative merchandising and marketing strategies tailored to the unique characteristics of the Beauty channel.
  • Retail Expansion: Identify and pursue new physical retail opportunities within the Beauty channel.
  • Purchase Order (PO) Fulfillment: Manage end-to-end PO fulfillment for Beauty channel partners, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Business Development & Prospecting: Identify, target, and secure new retail partnerships within the Beauty channel.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to retail sales and store-level performance.
