Wine Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Wine Director to join our team at BE.STEAK.A, a Michelin-recognized restaurant with a great chef, staff, and team. As a Wine Director, you will be responsible for running the wine program, including purchasing, inventory, organizing, selling, wine service, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchasing and inventory management of wine and spirits
• Developing and implementing wine lists and menus
• Providing exceptional wine service to guests
• Training and managing wine staff
• Collaborating with the culinary team to create wine pairings and menus
