Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Enchantment Resort and Mii amo. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.

1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, pastries, and pre-packaged menu items to guests.
2. Assist guests with menu selections, accurately record orders, and provide excellent customer service.
3. Explain special orders and requests to the kitchen team and ensure timely preparation and delivery.
4. Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area, including daily setup and breakdown.
5. Ensure par levels of selected supplies and maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and coworkers.
6. Recognize guests by name and use their name a minimum of three times per visit.
7. Report any guest dissatisfaction, mishandled orders, or opportunities to management before guests leave.
8. Thoroughly clean and maintain all assigned areas and equipment.
9. Read and understand current posted memos and information.
10. Report to supervisor any negative guest comments or experiences, safety hazards, broken or damaged equipment, etc.

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to work well with or without direct supervision, and maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance at all times. Prior quick service and serving experience is desired, and you must be proficient in using the POS system.
