About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier Part-Time associate to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at the register, providing a professional and friendly experience for every customer.
  • Engage with customers, answer their questions, and provide guidance during checkout.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
  • 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
  • Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a cashier, salesperson, or retail associate.
  • Ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs, including credit cards, installations, add-on sales, and explaining warranties, product features, and benefits.
  • Customer-focused and goal-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
