Director - Gay-Kimball Library

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Library Director to lead our team at the Gay-Kimball Library in Troy, NH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our annual budget, leading a talented team, and organizing community events that promote literacy and learning.

• Manage the library's annual budget and ensure effective financial planning
• Lead a team of library professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
• Develop and implement innovative programs and services to engage the community and promote literacy
• Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to promote the library's mission and goals

• Masters in Library Science from an ALA-accredited program
• At least four years of library experience, with a proven track record of leadership and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Full-time position (35 hours/week) with flexibility to accommodate evening and occasional Saturday hours
