Advanced Practice Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team at Universal Health Corporation.
About the Role:The Advanced Practice Nurse will be responsible for coordinating and delivering exceptional patient care in post-acute care facilities within the community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient care plans and deliver high-quality services to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and Director of Nursing to ensure seamless patient care.
- Conduct patient rounds, contribute to daily care decisions, write orders, and facilitate scheduling of therapeutic and diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records related to professional services, including attending to billing reports, claims, and correspondence.
- Nurse Practitioner License (Required)
- DEA Certification (Required)
- One year of relevant experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Nursing experience in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, ICU, Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, or General Practice preferred.
