Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Stocking: Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure products are properly displayed and facing.
  • Customer Service: Provide assistance to customers, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and report any issues to management.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Previous Retail or Warehouse Experience: Preferred
  • Ability to Lift 25 Pounds or More: Required
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Required
