We are seeking a skilled Renal Care Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Renal Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and education to individuals with ESRD
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Meet all applicable state and licensing requirements
  • Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required
