Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our caregiving team as a Caregiver Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
  • Assist residents with life skills and other life-enriching activities, as indicated on their profile
  • Implement residents' care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
  • Develop and implement multi-sensory experiences to enhance residents' daily lives
  • Collaborate with our wellness team to ensure residents' needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and time management
  • Promote our mission, values, and beliefs
