We are seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a leading provider of mental healthcare services, we offer a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to children and adolescents in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct medication management and therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric psychiatry.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry.
- Current licensure in Virginia with an unencumbered DEA registration.
- Experience working with children and adolescents, with a focus on medication management and therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
