Compensation: Starting at $16.58 per hour

Position Overview:
The Sanitation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities, including both the interior and exterior environments. Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing the premises to guarantee a tidy and orderly presentation.
  • Executing various cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Sanitizing restrooms, which includes disinfecting toilets, sinks, and floors, as well as replenishing restroom supplies as necessary.
  • Disposing of waste in designated areas.
  • Maintaining all cleaning equipment in good working condition.
  • Reporting any significant repair needs to management.
  • Carrying out additional related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent educational background is required; relevant experience may be considered.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in maintenance is advantageous.

Essential Skills:
Effective oral and written communication abilities
Strong time management skills
