Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.

Job Description

This leadership position plays a critical role in guiding our therapists as they engage clients and their families into mental health and substance abuse treatment. The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical supervision skills, be able to effectively communicate program direction to subordinate staff, and have a proven track record of ensuring compliance with state and federal mandates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Trains, instructs, and evaluates clinicians and student interns to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality mental health services.
  • Clinical Oversight: Conducts regular reviews of case records to ensure completeness, consistency, and quality of mental health services provided.
  • Staff Development: Consults with individual clinicians to promote staff development and suggests solutions to problem cases.
  • Policy Development: Assists in planning, developing, and implementing mandatory and discretionary mental health programs in accordance with applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a Human Service-related field from an accredited college/university.
  • An Independently Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LMHC, LPC, LPC-S, LMSWS, LISW-CP, QLMHP, LIMSW, or Ph.D.).
  • Able to pass a Level II background check.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and state minimum required vehicle insurance coverage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years of post-licensure social work experience in a recognized social services or mental health care setting involving problems of mental or emotional adjustment and the use of psychiatric consultation.
  • Two years of post-licensure marriage and family therapy experience in a recognized social services or mental health care setting involving problems of mental or emotional adjustment and the use of techniques of family systems therapy.
