We are seeking an Entry-Level CAD Drafting Specialist to join our team at Olsson. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those new to the industry to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist senior drafter with drafting and design tasks, using a variety of software and tools.
  • Contribute to the development of drafting standards and best practices within the department.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Aided Drafting & Design or a related field, with a strong foundation in principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with CAD drafting software, including AutoCAD Civil3D and other relevant tools.
  • Basic understanding of engineering and design concepts, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:
