Technical Program Manager for B2B Integration

Job Summary:
Sr. Solutions Architect, Heavy Bulky and Services
This role involves leading technical integrations for sellers and partners, developing and executing operational process improvements, and managing ongoing integrations with customers and partners.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in technology domain areas, 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures, and 6+ years of experience as a solutions architect, integrations architect, or equivalent focused on eCommerce, Logistics, Last Mile, or other relevant domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical integrations for sellers and partners
- Develop and execute operational process improvements
- Manage ongoing integrations with customers and partners
- Work closely with internal Business Development, Account Managers, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to coordinate new product integrations and launches
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly analytical and customer-obsessed
- Versed in working in a sales-driven environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and have a proven track record of successfully using customer insights to remove obstacles and grow a business
Benefits:
- Estimated salary range: $138,200-$239,000 per year
- Total compensation package including equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation
