Key Responsibilities

  • Install, calibrate, and uphold automated machinery used in production.
  • Conduct maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvements on packaging and processing systems.
  • Execute routine tasks related to instrumentation, packaging, process controls, and troubleshooting of electronic equipment.
  • Identify and resolve issues, perform necessary maintenance, and monitor various operational valves and meters.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and keep detailed records of all work performed.
  • Educate and train production personnel on electrical safety and operational techniques.
  • Engage in team activities to promote a cohesive work environment.
  • Understand and apply company operational principles and objectives.
  • Fulfill additional duties that support overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Completion of Technical College or Vocational training focused on PLC controls and Allen Bradley programming.
  • Solid background in manufacturing processes.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education.
