Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring a blend of on-site and remote work. Specific arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in financial operations including monthly forecasts, variance analysis, management reporting, annual budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
2. Collect and analyze data, utilizing spreadsheets and financial models to gain insights into the relevant functional area.
3. Contribute to financial statement analysis and the decision-making process.
4. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and present recommendations to leadership.
5. Build and maintain finance/business relationships, adapting to changing priorities and understanding the implications of decisions on key stakeholders.

Qualifications
Basic:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Access, Excel).

Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and discretion.
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, cross-functional team setting.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (including Vlookups, Sumifs, and Pivot tables).
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for identifying and resolving issues.
- Proactive self-starter capable of working independently within established objectives.
