About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Malt Operator to join our team at Ab InBev. As a Malt Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our malt ingredients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain malting and farm equipment, including grain cleaning and processing systems.
  • Steep, germinate, and kiln malt ingredients to meet quality and production standards.
  • Monitor and control process equipment, including temperature, moisture, and pH levels.
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on process equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in facility management and improvement initiatives to optimize plant operations and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Production/food processing experience preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, and SAP.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in dusty and wet environments with proper PPE.
  • Understanding of process equipment, process control, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
