Job Description

We are seeking an experienced attorney to support our team in litigating cases, conducting legal research, drafting documents, maintaining client files, and providing strategic and holistic legal counsel. The ideal candidate will have courtroom experience and strong legal research and writing skills.

Our compensation package includes a salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 yearly.

Responsibilities:
  • Exceed billable hour requirements to meet and surpass set goals.
  • Conduct Client Needs Assessments to understand client requirements thoroughly.
  • Create strategic case plans aligned with client budgets for effective legal representation.
  • Engage in regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Prepare for and participate in court hearings and trials to represent clients effectively.
  • Draft a variety of pleadings to support legal arguments and case strategies.
  • Communicate with opposing counsel and court professionals to negotiate and advocate for clients.
  • Write correspondence to convey legal information and updates clearly and professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with support staff to ensure seamless operations and high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct legal research, attend hearings and legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with guidance from senior associates.
  • Maintain organized files to facilitate collaboration and ensure all team members have access to updated information.
  • Prepare legal documents such as contracts, briefs, motions, and agreements for negotiation and court proceedings.
  • Work with clients, senior associates, and staff to efficiently move cases toward resolution.
  • Analyze legal conflicts, advise on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
